I’m guessing you are already successful in your market. You are more skilled and produce higher value to your clients than other companies. Examples/Case Studies:

Successful Business in Money Management Space:
This firm had a reasonably good website, but was not using it for lead generation. I identified 10 factors which could improve their presence and increase their traffic, creating conversion opportunities. Upon completing my review, they hired me to increase their hits and web pull through. The analysis pointed out holes in their website that caused leakage. We are now working on the redesign of the site and building a robust and efficient pipeline that will not only stop them from losing leads but allow them to dramatically increase their conversion. When the conversion process is completed, we will turn the traffic on and increase their hits and qualified leads. Successful Business in Real Estate Space Wanting to Launch a New Business in Related Niche:
My client is successful in the real estate industry. He had a solid, existing business and a reasonably good website. He was thinking about starting a new business and using the internet to gain qualified leads. I did the preliminary Phase I analysis and analyzed his market potential to determine if this was a viable option for him. Upon completion of the analysis, it was determined he had identified a HOT market and I identified a real soft spot to competitively enter the market.

As a result he hired me to design and build an automated lead generation and nurturing system including a new website. When we launched the site we were 2-5x greater than industry benchmarks for clicks (Traffic), opt-ins and conversion to leads. During launch, when results are usually lowest, we surpassed levels that many existing businesses never achieve. We are generating qualified leads at a cost of $3.83/lead. Within the first 30 days, we reduced the cost per click and overall costs by 34%. All this without even beginning the optimization phase. We also setup email marketing and a back-end database management system to allow us to convert more of the leads thus reducing costs. Business In Spy and Surveillance Space Struggling To Maintain Margins and Fight Off Overseas Competition. Owner Working Way Too Much:
A final example is a client who has a successful internet business selling spy gear and surveillance equipment. He wanted to double his business and wasn’t sure where to start. He has approximately 2800 pages on his website and selling 1800 products. He was so wrapped up in his business that he had little time left over to spend with his family. As a result of our initial Phase I analysis we were able to uncover 4 AOHO’s – areas of highest opportunities. Through this analysis, it was discovered there is a whole new opportunity emerging in a new niche he could capitalize on to secure more business from a landscape going through a major shift. He would not have found it without the TCP analysis.

The firm can now stop selling low priced products and instead operate with higher profit margins. He is capturing more business from this emerging niche as well as running a more efficient operation. (Project for Chris Winkler, Owner of Spy and Surveillance Equipment Company)
