Hopefully by now you know that I detest “bright shiny objects” and hype. There is so much of that around, especially in the world of marketing. Seems like almost every marketer makes you believe that you can’t live without their product and then when you buy it, it’s just a bunch of fluff. Sure there are some good ones out there, but they are few and far between and it’s hard to discern which ones are real.

Of course I hope you “buy my stuff” because it works time and time again when it’s applied. My goal is to help you move forward in your business. Why do I say that? It could be that I struggled much at times in my career and God brought the exact right person into my life at the exact right time, or it could be the other times when I struggled and didn’t have anyone to help and now I want to be that person for you.

Engineered Marketing’s Highly-ADVANCED Sales and Marketing STRATEGIES Proven to Quickly Create a Lineup of People, With Money In Hand, Demanding to Do Business With You!

First, what is “Engineered Marketing”?… it is designing or “engineering” your marketing to build a system that will deliver a desired and predictable result that runs on autopilot. Work is put in, the system is built and money flows into your bank. This concept stems from my earlier days as a Manufacturing Engineer working at Ford Motor Co. Essex Engine Plant in Windsor Canada. I was fortunate to be thrown into a situation, surrounded by people smarter than me and forced to build manufacturing assembly lines that made 1 million car engines per year defect free. Their quality sucked at the time and they made massive investments in people and technology to turn things around.

Bottom line: it worked.

And it works in marketing too – if you have the right strategy.

There are 3 components to strategy:

  1. Market research – to know the BEST way to position yourself in the market. Every market has a hole – this is the technique of finding and exploiting the hole. A few questions you should ask yourself are: What is the general landscape of your market? Who’s selling what and for how much? Where does your product fit in?
  2. Sales strategy – to effectively engage your prospect and make each step of the sale “irresistible”. This avoids you from losing your shirt and having competitors eat your lunch. How can you engage people and make them an irresistible offer to get them to make their first purchase? (Note: for people selling any service, I have a powerful way to eliminate all competition that has proven effective every time it has been employed.   3. Client nurturing strategy – after you have a client, your goal should be to give them an enjoyable experience and have them buy more and give referrals. Easiest way to make more money in your business is to sell your existing clients more. There are right and wrong ways to do this. Using autoresponders, nurturing sequences and segmenting your list will almost always add 50% – 300% to your results (or more).

All 3 components are vital to your success. The chasm between frustration and success is wide and deep. These 3 components are the superhighway from one side to the other. Knowing these pays your toll and once you are on the superhighway, there is no speed limit.

You should work on all three components.

To help get you started, this is where I start with almost all of my clients. Understand the overall strategy. The purpose is not to make a sale, but to make a sale to gain a client. You then demonstrate value to them and sell them more.

Before buying traffic sources, start with your sales and conversion system. Start with the right process, value proposition and message. Test it small, and then go big AFTER you have proven you are profitable.

Final point – this is a lot of work. That’s the bad news. The BEST news is that the competition doesn’t know this or they are too lazy to implement.
