Terms of Service Agreement

We want to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible. You want you to know what you’re signing up, so you know and you’re protected. We also need to make sure we’re protected too. That’s why we have this terms of service agreement. We sometimes get people saying they have no idea that they signed up and were being billed monthly to enjoy the many resources we have available. We’re confident that the resources available through the membership would take most people weeks, months or years to accumulate the wisdom and knowledge you have access to. In the event that you ever want to cancel, rest assured you can, and, we will make that easy for you to do. Our legal department wants to make sure you know what you’re signing up for, so please read the information below, and then enjoy the many resources and your time here with us!

$1 TRIAL-Pass and $37/month DELUXE-Pass Subscriptions

  1. TRIAL-Pass begins a month-to-month subscription with a $1 fee for the first 30 days. It expires at 11:59pm (Pacific) on Day #30.
  2. If TRIAL-Pass is not canceled by 11:59pm (Pacific) on Day #30, TRIAL-Pass will automatically convert to DELUXE-Pass ($37/month) at midnight (Pacific) Day #31.
  3. Day #1 of TRIAL-Pass is defined as the date $1 payment is made.
  4. Cancellation Request of TRIAL-Pass can be made only by sending an email to support@ChrisGoegan.com before 11:59pm (Pacific) on Day #30. To avoid the possibility of any type of error, cancellations cannot be made by leaving a voice-mail.
  5. No further billing will occur beyond the initial $1 TRIAL-Pass payment, provided cancellation email is received by 11:59pm (Pacific) on Day #30.
  6. DELUXE-Pass is a month-to-month subscription at $37/month and will continue to auto-charge until a cancellation request is received.
  7. Future DELUXE-Pass charges can be terminated at any time only by sending a Cancellation Request email to support@ChrisGoegan.com. To avoid the possibility of any type of error, cancellations cannot be made by leaving a voice-mail.
  8. Billing History is provided in the “My Membership” section of member’s “My Account” page by clicking “My Billing”. Monthly invoices will be emailed.
  9. No refunds will be extended for DELUXE-Pass payments already made.
  10. Opting out (unsubscribing) from our email system does not cancel an active DELUXE-Pass. If you opt-out, you will not receive monthly invoices, nor will you receive any reminders, specials, discounted offers or invitations to exclusive free or paid events. Monthly billing will continue per this Terms of Service Agreement.
