Successful B2B Contractor Went From $4 Million to $10 Million in 1 Year:
My client is a successful B2B roofing contractor. He had a solid, existing business and a reasonably good website. He had grown to several million but wasn’t growing the way he felt he should. He had hired a number of people with lackluster results. He knew there was more he could be doing. I did the preliminary Phase I analysis and analyzed his business and potential opportunities. Upon completion of the analysis, it was determined there were several programs he should be doing. We showed him our multi-path approach to getting and warming leads, and identified BIG opportunities. As a result, he hired us to roll out the findings. The first year he more than doubled his sales crossing $10 million for the first time.
