Most entrepreneurs and business owners typically don’t plan for the new year until the new year. The problem with that is by the time they have their plan, most (or all) of January is gone.

The other big problem I see is that most set goals that they want to grow revenues by xx%, but there isn’t a strategic framework that it is built on.

Most goals are set that involve the owner or key personnel to have to spend more time IN the business. If you want growth, or more freedom, or both, there is a much better way to do this.

I’ll be going over a different, engineered approach to making this year an awesome year.
